You will lead group reporting and consolidation in compliance with SGX, SFRS(I) and ACRA, partnering with senior management to drive strategic decisions. The role covers due diligence, M&A and real estate project analysis, plus treasury management including cashflow projections. Qualifications

• CA/ACCA or accounting degree with professional qualification.
• 5–8 years in listed entities reporting or audit, IPO experience is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis skills and MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with consolidation and group reporting standards (SFRS(I), SGX, ACRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation and financial reporting under SFRS(I).
• Perform FS trend and variance analysis to support decisions.
• Model financials for M&A and real estate development deals.
• Manage treasury duties including cashflow projections.
• Prepare annual audited FS and XBRL filing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and subsidiaries.
