Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Group Accountant to lead group consolidation, financial reporting, and management reporting across related entities. You will liaise with overseas finance teams to ensure timely closings and accurate intercompany reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance and 5+ years of consolidation experience, with IFRS/SFRS knowledge advantageous. ERP proficiency is expected in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• ACCA/CA/CPA designation or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with group consolidation background.

Job description

• Adecco is partnering with a real estate company to hire a Group Accountant with experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for management reporting, financial reporting and group consolidation across the relevant entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support business operations.

The Job

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and financial reports, including financial statements, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit schedules and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support monthly management reporting through financial analysis, performance monitoring and forecasting.
• Liaise with overseas finance teams on monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
• Support fund administration, including capital account statements and distributions, as well as ad hoc projects at Group and Business Unit levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or possesses relevant professional certifications - ACCA/CA/CPA.
• More than 5 years of relevant accounting experience and group consolidation background.
• Experienced in ERP accounting systems and knowledge of IFRS/SFRS would be an advantage.
• A dedicated individual with good interpersonal skills.
