Dada Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Group Consolidation Accountant to lead multi-entity close, consolidation and financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment. You will manage intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation adjustments while coordinating audit and tax-related schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellence in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong IFRS fundamentals, including intercompany eliminations.
• Experience preparing audit schedules and supporting an audit.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems; experience in technology or international groups is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, FX translation and consolidation adjustments.
• Coordinate reporting submissions and investigate variances to meet close timetable.
• Own month-end close for assigned entities, including journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare Group and entity financial statements and statutory schedules.
• Analyze results, reconcile accounts and escalate significant issues to Finance Manager.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.
• Produce tax-related schedules with internal teams and external advisers.
• Provide documentation for technical accounting assessments and implement approved treatments.
