Job summary

Randstad Singapore with a leading FMCG client seeks a Group Accountant to manage full sets of accounts and consolidation for a regional hub in Singapore.

You will prepare management reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow projections, and liaise with external audit and tax agents while driving improvements in accounting processes and supporting SAP implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree and CA qualification with 6+ years of hands-on accounting and consolidation experience.
• Experience including Big 4 is preferred.
• SAP proficiency and ability to work independently in a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and consolidation for a group of companies.
• Prepare management reports, bank reconciliations and cash flow projections.
• Liaise with external audit and tax agents; drive accounting process improvements.
• Support implementation of SAP and contribute to regional expansion.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full sets of accounts, financial consolidation and consolidation for a group of companies in accordance with statutory requirements . You will prepare management reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow projections and also liaise with external audit and tax agents. You will also drive improvements on accounting processes and also support implementation of SAP. You can look forward to exciting projects as the business continues to expand and anchoring Singapore as their key hub.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be qualified with a degree and CA with at least 6 years of hands on accounting and consolidation experiences, with some prior years in the Big 4. You are proficient with SAP and comfortable working independently in a lean team set up.
