Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore invites applications for a role to reinforce ground safety supervision and ensure safety enforcement across the unit, while sustaining safety knowledge management and fostering a strong safety culture at all levels.

Qualifications

Education in technical or scientific fields.
Prior military experience in high-risk vocations is advantageous.

Reinforce ground safety supervision and ensure consistent safety enforcement across the unit.
Sustain and enhance unit safety knowledge management systems and processes.
Develop and implement safety protocols for special operations that enable mission success while maintaining safety standards.
Foster a strong safety culture in the unit.
Conduct safety assessments and risk evaluations for training activities and operations.
Coordinate safety training programmes and briefings for personnel across different entities.
Monitor and report on safety performance indicators and incident trends.
