What you do


You will:

  • Build and maintain Macros dashboards to automate report generation.
  • Develop compelling data visualizations to transform data into clear insights.
  • Conduct thorough desk research on service frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Collate data and prepare materials for OCBC’s participation in service awards.
  • Support the planning and execution of customer‑centricity events and communications.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for various projects.

Who you are
  • A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Excel and creating Macros.
  • Possess a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and an understanding of service management principles.
  • Exhibit strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in VBA is a plus.
