Job summary

KWE-APLL Technology Services Pte Ltd is seeking a GRC professional to support the governance, risk and compliance framework, focusing on enterprise risk management, operational risk, risk assessments, and management reporting. You will partner with business and senior stakeholders to strengthen risk visibility, improve control environments and embed risk practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in GRC, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk or Risk Governance.
• Experience with RCSA, KRIs, risk reporting and governance processes.
• Experience engaging business and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with GRC/risk technology platforms and data visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Risk Management framework across business units.
• Maintain risk governance processes, reporting mechanisms and KPIs.
• Provide second-line risk oversight to ensure risks and controls are identified and managed.
• Develop risk dashboards and management reports for Board/Risk Committee.
• Utilise GRC tools (Power BI, JIRA, IBM OpenPages) to support risk reporting.
