Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a publicly listed commodity player to support enterprise risk governance and risk reporting. The role focuses on administering the IRAF 2.0 framework, monitoring KRIs, and coordinating Management Control Assessments across the organisation.

You will work with senior management, business heads and country teams, driving improvement of risk reporting quality and framework adoption.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in ERM, GRC, internal audit or operational risk monitoring and reporting.
• Strong understanding of risk registers, KRIs, control frameworks and remediation tracking.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments and governance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the IRAF 2.0 framework across the organisation's businesses.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of Tier 1 and Tier 2 risks and ensure alignment with risk appetite.
• Review/update risk descriptions, definitions, controls, mitigation plans and KRIs.
• Coordinate quarterly IRAF assessment cycles including risks, KRIs and MCAs.
• Collaborate with business units and country teams to secure timely submissions of risk deliverables.
• Challenge assessment outcomes to ensure consistent risk ratings and remediation tracking.
• Track remediation plans and monitor closure status with owners.
• Consolidate assessment results into management and Board reporting packs.
• Highlight emerging risks and deteriorating control environments for senior management.
• Facilitate risk discussions and workshops to drive adoption of the framework.
• Provide guidance on risk assessments, KRI reporting and control documentation.
• Support maintenance and enhancement of the IRAF 2.0 digital platform.
