Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a highly driven Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional to join the Group Risk and Assurance team in Singapore. You will partner with business leaders to ensure risk controls are effective while enabling business performance across Urban Solutions and Satellite Communications.

You will lead data analytics driven monitoring, participate in CSA activities, and collaborate with IT to develop dashboards and reports that highlight risk and compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years in risk and control management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders locally and overseas.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for risk reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business to balance performance and compliance.
• Monitor changes in processes and systems to mitigate control risks.
• Conduct risk-based reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Apply data analytics to enable continuous monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Facilitate CSA exercises and ensure timely closure per risk standards.
• Enhance the GRC platform and provide compliance training.
• Guide on regulatory changes and promote proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with IT to design dashboards and reports for risk insights.
• Coordinate with assurance providers to evaluate controls and remediation.
• Contribute to AI-use case development aligning with governance frameworks.
