Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Governance Specialist to strengthen risk management and governance practices across the organisation. You will analyse risks, translate data into insights, and support resilience initiatives.

This role focuses on developing risk frameworks, conducting assessments, and delivering clear risk reporting to stakeholders. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accountancy or related discipline required.
• Experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, audit or related functions advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess information for key risk considerations.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to present information clearly.
• Strong written communication skills in preparing risk documentation and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with data reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous enhancement of enterprise risk management frameworks, policies and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluate emerging risks and provide meaningful insights to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and management presentations, ensuring key risk information is clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Monitor risk indicators and track mitigation actions, following up on progress to support timely resolution of identified risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to promote sound risk management and governance practices across the organisation.
• Contribute to risk-related reviews, projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with ongoing monitoring and reporting of enterprise-wide risk matters as required.
