Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Manager to oversee the Design, Evaluation and Monitoring of a national grant scheme. You will coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliant documentation, and manage approvals and reporting across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a background in biomedical/public health grants, with experience in healthcare funding and governance. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, Public Health or relevant field.
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in grants and programme management/administration in healthcare and/or public sector funding.

Responsibilities

• Design the grant scheme format, theme and timeline within scope and objectives.
• Ensure no duplication with existing schemes and align funding model with scheme support.
• Maintain documentation (SOPs, applications, evaluations, approvals, reports) for PDPA retention.
• Invite and brief Management Committee, Reviewers, Funders and Partners on the grant scheme.
• Arrange regular update meetings with senior management and funders.
• Implement open call process for fair comparison and objective assessment.
