Aster invites graduates to join ASPIRE, a three-year Supply Chain programme designed to build procurement and commercial management capabilities. You will work alongside experienced professionals, rotate across sourcing, contracts and supplier relationships, and develop practical skills in a real energy and chemicals business.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured learning while contributing to governance, cost efficiency, and business insight in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Final year of study or <3 years relevant work experience.
• University degree in any discipline.
• Graduated before your first day at Aster.

Responsibilities

• Research supply markets and evaluate options for sourcing.
• Assist tender preparation and supplier proposals.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights.
• Support contract and supplier management.
• Learn procurement governance and ESG requirements.
• Use data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain.
• Contribute to research for mergers and acquisitions.
