Job summary

HSBC’s Relationship Management - International Wealth and Premier Banking Graduate Programme in Singapore offers structured rotations across key areas to build a foundation in client-facing wealth management. Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
• Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience, or will you have graduated by July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers with everyday banking and long-term financial planning.
• Participate in rotations across areas such as Chief Operating Office, Digital Transformation, Distribution/Frontline, Product Development and Strategy.
• Gain exposure to our product suite and digital tools, and learn how to track conversations and manage relationships.
