Job summary

HSBC Singapore invites graduates to join its Relationship Management - International Wealth and Premier Banking - Graduate programme. You will rotate across offices and teams, gaining exposure to everyday banking, wealth management, and strategic initiatives while building lasting client relationships.

Training will be delivered by internal and external experts, with structured rotations and a customer-facing track to prepare you for a career in Relationship Management.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
• Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience, or will have graduated by July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with everyday banking and long-term financial planning as part of the graduate programme.
• Rotate across areas such as Chief Operating Office, Digital Transformation, Distribution/Frontline, Product Development and Strategy.
• Gain exposure to HSBC’s product suite and digital tools, and understand regulatory requirements for international clients.
