Job summary

HSBC is offering a Relationship Management - Private Bank - Graduate programme in Singapore. The 18-month programme places you with private banking clients and supporting teams to learn asset classes, credit offerings and loan structuring.

You will build client portfolios and run meetings as you develop confidence. You are a recent graduate with a GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0, and you can start full-time from July 2027.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience, or will have graduated by July 2027.
• Minimum GPA requirements: 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Curiosity, resilience and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with private banking clients and teams supporting them.
• Learn asset classes, financial products, credit offerings and loan structuring.
• Assist in prospecting, managing and reporting on clients and portfolios.
• Use Excel to create and interpret client and portfolio reports.
• Develop ability to run client meetings with growing confidence.
