Job summary

Siemens Industry Software Pte Ltd invites top graduates to the Siemens Graduate Program (SGP), a two-year, full-time entry-level track designed to launch a global career. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments across Siemens locations, including an international assignment, while receiving mentoring and broad business exposure.

You will work with a community of peers and alumni, gaining experience in engineering, technology, sales, operations, and digital transformation

Qualifications

Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and internships.
Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong interest in industrial software, digital transformation, automation, CRM, PLM, MOM, Industrial IoT, Digital Twin, and related software solutions, as well as Motion & Drives, Mechatronics, Process Industries, and industrial automation applications.
Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
Flexibility and mobility within the program duration

Responsibilities

Complete three eight-month assignments across Siemens locations.
Engage in one international assignment as part of the program.
Contribute to real projects and gain broad business exposure throughout the two-year program.
