Job summary

Siemens announces the Graduate Program (SGP) – Automation Software Sales, APAC, a two-year, full-time entry-level program for ambitious master graduates. You will engage in three eight-month assignments across Siemens locations, including one international assignment, to contribute to real projects and gain broad business exposure.

You will experience teams across engineering, technology, and business functions, benefitting from structured mentoring and a supportive alumni network as you grow

Qualifications

• Master's, Doctoral Degree or equivalent combined with significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships.
• Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in industrial software, digital transformation, automation, CRM, PLM, MOM, Industrial IoT, Digital Twin, and related software solutions, as well as Motion & Drives, Mechatronics, Process Industries, and industrial automation applications.
• Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
• Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
