Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to embed within a Product Focus Team (PFT) and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Product Development to support daily manufacturing operations and drive improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing and shop-floor work preferred.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with mechanical design concepts, fixtures, or basic automation ideas is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct engineering support to the Product Focus Team and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to maintain output, quality, and safety.
• Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process flows.
