CAD/BIM modelling and engineering coordination.
Tender preparation and proposal development.

Responsibilities

Support design of DCS and in-building chiller plants for tenders and projects.
Develop engineering drawings and BIM models using CAD/BIM software.
Prepare technical proposals, write-ups and presentation materials for bids and client engagements.
Participate in value engineering and design optimization studies.
Coordinate tender specifications and drawings with procurement, operations and projects teams.
Assist in reviewing performance of existing cooling plants and contribute to improvements.
