Job summary

Keppel Ltd. is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of District Cooling System plants and related monitoring platforms in Singapore.

The role involves implementing maintenance programmes, assisting in optimization, and coordinating work with external contractors to ensure timely execution. You will support contract management, perform routine inspections, and ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in upkeep and monitoring of cooling systems or similar facilities.
• Familiar with safety regulations and permit-to-work processes.
• Ability to supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DCS plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring systems.
• Implement and monitor service and maintenance programmes.
• Assist in analysis and optimization of plant maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance processes including external contractors
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
• Close work orders and document procedures
• Assist in facility enhancements and improvements
