Job summary

AvePoint’s Digital Professionals Accelerator (DPA) Programme offers a full-time Business Analyst role with an intensive work-and-learn track. You’ll work on real-world digital projects for public sector, education, and enterprise clients, translating needs into clear documentation while collaborating with developers and project teams.

The programme includes on-the-job training, 42 Singapore technical modules, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC qualification.
• Completed National Service if applicable (mandatory)
• Less than three years of post-graduation work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Interest in digital systems, technology and process improvement
• Willingness to commit to a rigorous work-and-study schedule
• Must be eligible for IMDA CLT funding

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for software and digital solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for tech and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes, identify gaps, propose improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project teams to ensure requirements are implemented.
• Support testing activities such as system testing and UAT.
• Engage stakeholders with clear communication and follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows, systems, and services.
• Full-time employment with structured on-the-job training on live projects.
• Part-time technical training at Ecole 42 Singapore to build programming fundamentals and technical thinking
• Classroom-based flexi-learning modules focused on design, innovation, and effective communication
