Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with at least one backend programming language such as Java, Go, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified data development platform to improve the efficiency of global data producers, including intelligent IDE capabilities, workflow management, and multi-engine integration.
• Explore efficient approaches to managing distributed states and synchronizing metadata between centralized systems and regional environments worldwide.
• Design and develop a high-performance, distributed scheduling system to manage large-scale tasks across different business lines throughout ByteDance.
• Work closely with partner teams across the company and around the world.
• Design and develop integrations with other systems across the big data ecosystem.
