Job summary

SHEIN in Singapore invites interns to join its public affairs team, working on regulatory monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and policy research. You will observe global developments and assess implications for operations while drafting materials for internal and external audiences.

You will map government contacts, assist with event planning, and track social impact partnerships, gaining hands-on experience in communications, research, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate student in one of the listed fields.
• Knowledge in international relations, technology and international trade policy, or sustainability.
• Strong analytical, presentation (written and oral) and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and have exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude to deliver high-quality results.

• Lead regulatory monitoring of global political and policy developments and assess implications for SHEIN's operations.

Job description

• Lead regulatory monitoring of global political and policy developments, providing assessments of implications on SHEIN's operations
• Identify and map key stakeholders across key markets, including political office holders, government officials, regulators, international organisations, non-governmental organisations and industry associations
• Conduct research on key policy topics and develop recommendations, including trade, technology, and sustainability
• Draft content to support strategic communications and outreach externally and internally
• Support the planning and delivery of public affairs events and stakeholder engagements, including project coordination, timelines and event logistics
• Support social impact projects and partnerships, including research, coordination and programme tracking

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate student in any of the following fields:

International Relations, Political Science, Global Studies, Law, Economics, Sustainability, Social Science, Mass Communications, or other relevant courses
