Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager for Government & Public Sector to lead CXO-level strategy and transformation engagements in Singapore. You will guide modules, coordinate data analysis, and mature client recommendations while supervising 2–3 junior consultants.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree will be an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years (Manager Level) of work experience in consulting or government agencies and leading corporates.
• Experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale transformation.
• Travel to client locations within Singapore or outside as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Part of a core engagement team working on CXO level strategy and transformation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement, structure the module, gather data and provide recommendations.
• Managing a team of 2-3 junior consultants.
• Interacting with client counterparts as part of a regular project cadence.
