Job summary

EY-Parthenon Government & Public Sector practice seeks candidates from MBA programs and experienced consultants for senior roles in strategy and transformation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of consulting experience at manager level, preferably in strategy/PS/government.
• Experience in strategy, operations or large-scale transformation.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Singapore or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Part of a core engagement team on CXO-level strategy and transformation.
• Lead an independent module within an engagement: structure, collect data, analyze, and recommend.
• Manage a team of 2–3 junior consultants.
• Interact with client counterparts as part of regular project cadence.
