Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate to lead engagement teams, delivering robust economic analyses for policy, strategy, and development projects. You will work on economic reports, feasibility studies, and forecasting while applying econometric techniques and data analytics in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes independent problem-solving, strong writing, and ability to communicate complex insights to clients.

Qualifications

Strong degree in economics with a solid academic track record; Master’s degree is a plus.
3–4 years of work experience, preferably in consulting or government setting.
Proven independence and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of econometric techniques, economic modelling, and statistical analysis tools.
Ability to draw insights and present through compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

Lead specific workstreams and deliver end-to-end analyses and reports.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of economic trends and projections.
Develop and maintain economic models and databases.
Stay updated on latest economic research and methodologies.
Develop toolkits for problem solving, data analytics, and report writing.
Support professional development and internal resources to enhance skills.
Assist senior executives in business development activities such as proposals.
