Vinova PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead projects within a government agency. You will develop frontend web applications using ReactJS and related technologies, while coordinating requirements, testing, and deployment.

This role requires strong vendor and stakeholder management, experience with Jira/Confluence, and a hands-on approach to ensuring service availability and governance across systems.

Qualifications

Experience managing IT projects in government or public sector.
Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects within a government agency, ensuring scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.
Develop frontend web applications using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Manage daily BAU operations to maintain system availability and performance.
Serve as primary contact for business users to resolve issues and coordinate enhancements.
Prioritize incidents, service requests, and changes per SLAs.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and WoG tools to resolve issues and deploy releases.
