Enterprise Singapore is seeking an Investigation Officer in the Internal Audit division to manage whistleblower investigations and governance breaches. You will conduct interviews, document work papers, and prepare concise investigation reports while coordinating with law enforcement and senior management.

Reporting to the Deputy Director (Investigation), you will oversee the full lifecycle from initial assessment through to findings, contributing to fraud awareness and internal control

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior case investigation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risks and controls.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to evaluate risks and improve governance processes.

Responsabilités

• Performing preliminary assessment on whistle-blowing information and determine if an investigation is needed.
• Conducting interviews and recording statements from relevant parties.
• Planning and executing investigation procedures with clear documentation and reports.
• Handling appeals and case escalations.
• Liaising with law enforcement agencies for case referrals.
