Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic team member to drive digital content, events, and creative storytelling for large-scale arts and cultural programmes.

The role covers monitoring trends, developing marketing collateral, and executing digital marketing across channels to boost engagement and participation. Contract period Oct 2026–Mar 2027; working hours Mon-Thu 8.30am–6pm, Fri 8.30am–5.30pm with evening/weekend flexibility during rehearsals and events.

Qualifications

• Min diploma with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital trends.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends during event periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital trends and identify creative content opportunities to support marketing campaigns and event promotions.
• Support the development of marketing collaterals, branding visuals, and publicity materials aligned with campaign objectives.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, websites, and paid channels to drive engagement and participation.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of marketing outputs and event requirements.
• Provide on-ground and logistical support for events, including rehearsals and actual day execution.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and willing to work evenings/weekends during event periods
