Five Iron Golf Singapore is hiring passionate Golf Instructors to deliver engaging lessons for all levels using TrackMan simulators. You’ll be a host, mentor, and ambassador for the Five Iron Golf experience, driving a fun, educational atmosphere.

We offer private and group lessons, corporate events, and a dynamic start-up style environment with strong team collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of diverse golf swing teaching methodologies.
• Familiarity with TrackMan launch monitor terminology and ball flight Laws.
• Proficiency in video swing analysis tools and follow-up communication via email.
• Ability to explain swing concepts clearly to students of all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive group dynamic.
• Passion for sharing golf knowledge with others.

About the Role

As a Golf Coach , you'll play a key role in delivering engaging lessons while contributing to the overall energy of our space. You'll be more than just an instructor-you'll be a host, a mentor, and an ambassador of the Five Iron Golf experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group golf lessons tailored to a range of skill levels.
• Be available for lessons during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Facilitate corporate and group events by offering expert pointers and creating a fun, interactive experience.
• Assist with operational tasks, such as greeting guests, setting up TrackMan simulators , answering phone inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Build and maintain a strong student base, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude in a dynamic, start-up-inspired work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of diverse golf swing teaching methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ball flight laws and familiarity with TrackMan launch monitor terminology.
• Proficiency in video swing analysis tools and follow-up communication via email.
• Ability to communicate complex swing concepts clearly to students at all skill levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive group dynamic.
• Professionalism and a passion for sharing your love of golf with others.

Advantageous Skills

• Previous coaching experience in a golf academy or similar setting.
• Certification from recognized golf coaching bodies (e.g., PGA, TPI).
• Experience using TrackMan technology in teaching scenarios.
• Ability to foster long-term client relationships and grow a student base.

Working Hours

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Availability during mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.

Work schedules may vary based on lesson bookings and corporate events.
