A leading golf instruction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced GOLFTEC Coach. This role involves delivering personalized golf lessons, assisting in daily operations, and building client relationships. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of coaching experience, strong golf mechanics knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary between $7,000 to $12,000 per month, along with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of golf coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics and instruction methods.
• Familiarity with golf instruction and club fitting technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for helping players improve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one golf lessons using GOLFTEC's advanced technology.
• Recommend personalized instruction plans for students.
• Provide outdoor/on-course coaching when required.
• Assist in center operations, including selling golf equipment.
• Perform custom club fittings using advanced tools.
• Build strong relationships with students and promote GOLFTEC programs.
• Represent GOLFTEC at events.

As a GOLFTEC Coach, you will leverage your expertise and our proprietary teaching technology to provide personalized, high‑quality golf instruction. You will also contribute to daily operations, equipment merchandising, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one golf lessons using GOLFTEC’s advanced technology and teaching methods.
• Recommend personalized instruction plans to help students achieve their goals.
• Provide outdoor/on‑course coaching when required.
• Assist in center operations, including merchandising and selling golf equipment.
• Perform custom club fittings using advanced fitting tools.
• Build strong relationships with students and promote GOLFTEC programs.
• Represent GOLFTEC at internal and external events.
