Laguna Golf Academy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a confident Golf Coach to deliver private coaching, on-course tuition, and group sessions within a busy academy environment.

You will work with a well-established team and benefit from access to top facilities and technology. The role requires PGA Professional or equivalent, experience in a structured academy, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to coach individuals, groups, and on-course lessons.

Qualifications

• PGA Professional or equivalent coaching qualification.
• Experience in a structured academy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and organized coaching approach.
• Able to coach private, group, and on-course sessions.
• Flexible schedule up to 6 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 40 hours of coaching availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality private coaching sessions to adult and junior golfers.
• Conduct on-course coaching and playing lessons.
• Deliver group coaching sessions and support academy programmes.
• Maintain professional coaching and service standards across all sessions.
• Use coaching technology including video analysis and launch monitor data where appropriate.
• Build and retain a consistent student base through strong coaching delivery and communication.
• Work collaboratively with the academy team and wider coaching staff.
