Job summary

Qualifications

• Local or overseas professional golf certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional golf instruction to players of all levels.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions.
• Teach grip, stance, swing mechanics, short game, and putting.
• Analyse swings using video or training aids.
• Develop customised training programmes based on goals.
• Conduct on-course coaching to improve course management.
• Ensure safe practice environments and proper use of facilities.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
• Assist players in preparation for tournaments.
• Promote golf programmes and coaching services to members.
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to club rules.
• Keep up to date with coaching techniques and equipment.

• 1) Provide professional golf instruction to players of all skill levels (beginners to advanced)
• 2) Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions
• 3) Teach golf fundamentals including grip, stance, swing mechanics, short game, and putting
• 4) Analyse players’ swings and techniques, using video or training aids where appropriate
• 5) Develop customised training programmes based on players’ goals and abilities
• 6) Conduct on‑course coaching to improve course management and game strategy
• 7) Ensure safe practice environments and proper use of golf facilities and equipment
• 8) Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
• 9) Assist players in preparation for tournaments or competitions
• 10) Promote golf programmes, clinics, and coaching services to members or customers
• 11) Maintain professionalism and uphold the club’s rules, etiquette, and standards
• 12) Keep up to date with coaching techniques, equipment advancements, and industry trends
