Job summary

DB Golf Training & Performance Center PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Operations Assistant for an onsite role at Sembawang Country Club, Singapore. You will help develop and run marketing campaigns, manage social media, events, and provide operational support.

The role requires strong communication, content creation skills, and the ability to work weekends. Experience in golf is a plus; diploma/degree in marketing or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Proficient in photography, videography and editing.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and flexibility.
• Bonus for knowledge in golf.
• Required to work onsite, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling content for blogs, social media, emails and website copy.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote events and services.
• Monitor campaign performance, report ROI and KPIs, and suggest optimisations.
• Conduct industry research to identify trends and target audiences.
• Use market research to identify target markets and opportunities.
• Assist operations: manage bookings, respond to inquiries, maintain customer database, and handle walk-ins.
