Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Tuas is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Specialist to manage end-to-end material handling and inventory control in a GMP environment.

You will handle receiving, put-away, issuance, transfers and returns of materials, ensure accurate physical and system stock, and monitor storage conditions to maintain quality. The role includes maintaining 5S, GMP and EHS standards and may involve using site transport and company bus arrangements islandwide.

Qualifications

• Secondary / technical qualification or above.
• Background in Logistics or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Warehouse/inventory experience is advantageous.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, put-away, issuance, transfers and returns of materials.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory.
• Perform material repacking and documentation.
• Monitor warehouse temperature, humidity and storage conditions.
• Maintain warehouse 5S, GMP and EHS standards.
