Job summary

AbbVie Singapore invites fresh graduates to join the Attach & Train Programme, a 15-month structured training experience designed to build skills for Singapore’s biomedical manufacturing sector. As a Training & Document Control Trainee, you’ll work with experienced professionals to support Quality and Operational objectives while complying with AbbVie and regulatory requirements.

Eligible applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Training and Documentation Management Systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up employee training plans in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Enter training information and records into LMS and keep records up-to-date.
• Review and maintain training materials and publish metrics.
• Coordinate and conduct training courses and orientations as needed.
• Assist with documentation lifecycle management and GMP training program.
