Job summary

ABBVIE OPERATIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing professional to support cGMP operations for clinical and bulk drug substances. You will use systems like LIMS, SAP, and automated controls to execute and monitor production while maintaining batch documentation with high quality and efficiency.

The role requires adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives, with opportunities for training and development in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in biologics production facilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other software packages; SAP, LIMS, Atlas systems preferred.
• Experience with cGMP documentation and record maintenance preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, willingness to learn, and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP and safety requirements.
• Ensure good housekeeping of production facilities for reliable operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in CI projects.
• Participate in commissioning and qualification activities as required.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor.
• Provide guidance to new joiners and lead by example.
