Job summary

• Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with at least 5 years in a biotech/pharma setting.
• Experience supervising manufacturing personnel in a GMP environment.
• Proven ability to manage batch records, SOPs, and cGMP documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GMP manufacturing operations and personnel.
• Create and revise batch records, SOPs, and other GMP documents.
• Schedule staff to meet manufacturing timelines and priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting and deviation handling.
