Job summary

National Youth Council is seeking a Manager (Global Office) to strengthen regional youth cooperation and empower leaders through Asia-Pacific platforms. The role focuses on managing partnerships with educational institutions and administering grants to meet programme objectives.

You will analyse youth programme data, support IT systems operations, and coordinate outbound trips and leadership exchanges to advance NYC's global engagement with Singapore and the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in grant management and data handling.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnership activities for AEP with educational institutions.
• Oversee grant administration, monitoring, and outcomes measurement.
• Handle data, learning analytics, and LMS operations for international programmes.
• Coordinate outbound trips and youth delegations for regional platforms.
• Contribute to regional exchanges and leadership programmes to deliver value for NYC.
