Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd – Outsourcing Division in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to support youth-led initiatives and build partnerships with young people and youth-sector organisations. You will be involved in grant administration, programme coordination and hands-on support for youth projects.

The role covers grant processing, stakeholder engagement, data reporting and coordinating monthly youth events, working with various partners to create positive social impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme planning, implementation and coordination.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with youths and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across platforms.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with youths or community initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess and administer grants and manage governance and accounting requirements.
• Improve grant-related processes and applicant/partner experience.
• Manage data processing, reporting and programme information.
• Build and maintain relationships with youths, youth-sector organisations and other stakeholders.
• Connect youth-led projects with networks, mentors and funding opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate youth programmes, platforms and engagement activities.
• Maintain relationships with programme curators and support awareness activities.
• Coordinate monthly youth engagement sessions and events.
• Support other youth development and community partnership initiatives.
