Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Premier Relationship Officer in Singapore. You will provide one-stop banking solutions, support Relationship Managers, and contribute to a seamless banking experience for Premier Banking clients.

You will engage with clients, maintain records, and collaborate with the International Wealth Premier team to ensure exceptional service delivery. A diploma or higher is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• At least a Diploma qualification; a Degree is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good operational knowledge and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers.
• Strengthen Premier Banking relationships and support RMs.
• Provide administrative support to the International Wealth Premier team.
• Assist RMs in preparing loan applications and processing sales transactions.
• Provide service and marketing support for Premier Banking transactions.
• Ensure superior customer service to Premier Banking clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry.
