Job summary

You will lead the creation and implementation of visual merchandising strategies across stores, driving product launches and seasonal themes. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for design, and strong teamwork. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, proactive, and capable of standing in for stores during manpower

Qualifications

• Diploma/A-level with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Keen learner, independent and team player with good leadership skills.
• Service-oriented and hands-on person.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
• Candidates with minimal experience in store displays are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager to create and implement visual merchandising strategy for the stores.
• Create visual displays and finalize designs for display areas.
• Ensure strategy is consistent with store brand, products, and target market.
• Change/improvise display to promote new product launches or reflect themes.
• Ensure display consistency across multiple store locations.
• Stand in for the retail stores as needed if short of manpower.
