• HQ Visual Merchandising Strategy & Capability Development
• Drive VM processes, guidelines and initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with HQ VM lead and country teams to scale VM practices.
• Plan and execute key brand campaigns, seasonal launches, and activations.
• Support campaign planning and cross-market VM communication.
• Lead VM briefing and ensure timely execution across markets.
• Train and develop weekly mannequin styling guides and training decks.
• Prepare store opening plans and support new store setups.
• Oversee Singapore VM to align with brand identity and commercial goals.
