Job summary

Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is seeking a capable Operations Support specialist in the Global Ventures team. You will handle admin and research tasks, support due diligence, and prepare meeting materials for engagements with companies, founders, and investors.

The role emphasizes coordination, data management, and cross‑agency collaboration, with preference for Mandarin and strong Excel skills. This position is office‑based within Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• Experience coordinating logistics for senior management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin and research support to senior Global Ventures members, performing high-value quantitative and qualitative research.
• Assist due diligence processes during deal evaluation.
• Prepare pre- and post-meeting materials for meetings with companies, founders and investors.
• Monitor submissions of required documents and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Manage company performance and incentive reporting.
• Collate data, maintain databases and ensure proper documentation of files.
• Coordinate team calendars and events, and arrange travel logistics.
• Manage founder community event calendar and logistics for events.
• Develop sales enablement materials to support engagement with founders.
• Support Business Continuity Plan efforts and other operations duties.
