Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in HR/Talent Acquisition program management.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment processes and recruitment marketing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to build a diverse talent pipeline and inclusive workforce.
• Translate global strategies into localized programs in Singapore to scale and improve quality of hires.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners and teams to align headcount with business needs.
• Lead outreach with colleges, universities, and government agencies to develop skills and opportunities.
• Lead and participate in sourcing, screening, and interviewing to drive candidate success.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
