Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (A member of PhillipCapital) in Singapore seeks an Executive for Global Business Solutions – Unit Trust Operations (Settlement). You will manage end-to-end dividend and transfer processes, handle exceptions, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

The role focuses on accurate settlement tasks, regulatory compliance, and client servicing, with coordination across fund houses and platform aggregators. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, engineering or related background preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience in trade settlement and operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Unit Trust dividend distributions including cash payouts, reinvestments, and entitlement calculations.
• Validate dividend declarations, entitlement records, and reconciliation of amounts.
• Coordinate with fund managers, custodians, and transfer agents to ensure timely processing.
• Handle Unit Trust transfer transactions including account-to-account transfers and change of ownership.
• Verify transfer documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Monitor and process subscriptions, redemptions, and switching activities related to transfers.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve transfer/dividend issues.
• Respond to client and internal queries on dividends and transfers.
