The role focuses on payment processing, reconciliation, bank administration, and daily funding, with exposure to intercompany funding and reporting. A strong data mindset and AI curiosity help optimize operations in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or quantitative discipline.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail and comfort with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, basic formulas).
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Initiate and release payments through various systems (e.g., SWIFT, ACH, wire).
• Reconciliation: Resolve reconciliation breaks related to Treasury funds flows.
• Bank Administration: Open and maintain correspondent banking accounts with banking partners.
• Daily Account Funding: Manage daily cash positioning and forecast short-term cash flows.
• Intercompany Funding: Execute intercompany funding with proper documentation and transfer pricing adherence.
• Reporting: Prepare treasury reports including cash position and payment summaries.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate payment processes.
