Job summary

Besins Healthcare seeks a Treasury Payment Management Analyst to oversee and optimise payment operations and banking connectivity across the Group, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant execution. The role collaborates with SSC, IT and banking partners to safeguard reliability and drive operational performance.

The position supports automation, standardisation and fraud prevention initiatives within Global Treasury, reporting to the Head of Global Treasury and coordinating with the SSC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of treasury experience.
• Experience in payment operations and banking connectivity is preferred.

Job description

The Treasury Payment Management Analyst manages and optimises Treasury payment operations, banking connectivity and banking administration processes across the Group. The role secures efficient, standardised and controlled payment execution, and monitors Treasury workflows, interfaces and operational controls to guarantee the reliability of payments end to end.

The Analyst also supports operational improvement, automation and harmonisation initiatives within Global Treasury. Working in close coordination with the Shared Services Centre (SSC), IT and the Group’s banking partners, the role safeguards payment reliability, contributes to fraud prevention and drives Treasury operational performance.

Main missions and responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Treasury payment operations and banking administration processes across the Group, ensuring they remain accurate, timely and compliant with Group policies.
• Ensure secure, standardised and efficient payment execution across the Group, in line with Treasury security and control standards.
• Monitor Treasury operational controls, banking connectivity and payment workflows, and resolve incidents and exceptions in collaboration with SSC, IT and banking partners.
• Support Treasury operational improvement, automation and process harmonisation initiatives, contributing to the definition and roll-out of common standards and ways of working.

Key activities:

1. Treasury master data

• Maintain payment and settlement master data, including payment methods, payment formats and banking instructions.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of master data across Treasury systems and interfaces, and coordinate changes with the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day bank communication and banking connectivity, including SWIFT and API channels.
• Administer user access and security controls with the banks and in the Treasury systems, including regular access reviews.
• Support the set-up of connectivity with new banks and the harmonisation of banking channels.

3. Payment & collection

• Monitor payment execution workflows and payment interfaces, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Operate and monitor payment fraud controls, and manage the operational settings of the Kyriba Treasury management system.
• Analyse rejected or blocked payments, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

4. POBO & cash pooling operations

• Support POBO (payments on behalf of) and cash pooling operational interfaces.

5. Treasury reporting & KPIs

• Collect Treasury operational data and produce Treasury reporting.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards covering payment processing accuracy, payment rejection rate and payment workflow efficiency.
• Support working capital optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor the related operational KPIs and report on progress and areas for improvement.
