Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Head of Front Office (Global Treasury) to lead FX risk management, liquidity, and bank relationships across international operations. You will shape treasury strategies, optimize cash deployment, and oversee financing and TMS initiatives to support growth and governance.

The role requires extensive treasury leadership in a multinational environment, with strong financial modelling and compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting or related field.
• CTP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years in treasury across multinational settings or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FX risk management and hedging strategies.
• Manage global liquidity and cash across jurisdictions.
• Lead bank relationships and negotiate facilities and terms.
• Oversee trade and project financing activities.
• Drive TMS implementation and systems integration.
• Ensure treasury governance and regulatory compliance.
