Michael Page International is seeking a Senior Treasury leader to establish a global treasury function anchored in Singapore. Reporting to the CFO, you will design policies, governance and controls while building an integrated liquidity, working capital and funding framework across international operations.

Formación

• Progressive corporate Treasury experience spanning liquidity, cash forecasting, banking, debt and financial risk management.
• Experience building or transforming a Treasury function, regional Treasury centre or standalone operating model.
• Strong track record managing Treasury activities across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
• Experience driving working capital improvements through collaboration with Finance and wider commercial functions.
• Good exposure to Treasury technology, bank connectivity, ERP environments and automation.
• Public-company, IPO-readiness, SOX or regulated reporting experience would be highly valuable, while previous exposure to a separation, carve-out or spin-off would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the global Treasury operating model in Singapore, including policies, governance, controls, processes and team capabilities.
• Lead liquidity and cash management, introducing robust short and long-term forecasting and improving visibility of cash across international operations.
• Drive working capital improvement by partnering across commercial, procurement and finance teams to improve collections, payment terms, billing discipline and cash conversion.
• Own global banking strategy and operations, including banking relationships, account rationalisation, payment infrastructure, access governance and service optimisation.
• Manage funding, debt facilities and covenant requirements while advising senior leadership on financing alternatives and capital structure considerations.
• Develop an effective financial risk framework covering FX, interest rates, counterparty exposure and liquidity risk.
• Lead the Treasury technology and controls agenda, including automation, bank connectivity, systems integration and the establishment of SOX and public-company-ready governance.
